The word ephemera comes from the greek work ephemeron, meaning something that disappears quickly.

This is my blog for ephemeral topics, that is topics that are not typically that important, but if unremarked upon might disappear. It is primarily for my own use, but my friends, family and professional colleagues might find it of interest to see what is on my mind.
